Job Description
Sales/Engagement Manager responsible for nurturing client relationships and enhancing engagement processes at Kindgeek. Focused on proposal management, CRM tracking, and metrics analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Handling the proposal process — from initial discovery calls to preparing and presenting proposals to prospects
- Nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Maintaining accurate records and sales pipeline management within the CRM system (preferably HubSpot)
- Tracking key performance metrics and providing insights to improve conversion rates and engagement strategies
- Collaborating with the marketing and delivery teams to align sales efforts with company goals
- Managing and optimizing company profiles on marketplaces (e.g., Clutch, DesignRush) to increase visibility and attract qualified leads
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client engagement within the IT domain
- Understanding of sales and business development processes, from lead generation to deal closure
- Experience preparing and managing proposals (RFPs, estimates, presentations)
- Hands-on experience working with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
- Experience in managing and optimizing company profiles on marketplaces (Clutch, DesignRush, etc.)
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (excellent verbal and written communication)
- Proactive, self-driven attitude with a focus on results and continuous improvement
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience working in the fintech domain (will be a plus)
- Experience with AI tools and process automation (e.g., integrating AI into sales workflows)
