Job Description
Commercial Sales and Marketing Intern providing hands-on exposure to Labcorp's Sales and Marketing Team. Analyze data and support strategic initiatives in a dynamic healthcare diagnostics environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Support the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to divisional sales operations by helping streamline processes, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance CRM utilization
- Participate in the creation of dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making for commercial leadership
- Gain exposure to sales strategy planning, territory alignment, and incentive modeling
Requirements:
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Economics or Data Analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
