Job Description
Global downstream marketing manager launching and commercializing Natus medical-device products across the Americas. Translating market insights into regional strategy, sales enablement, and measurable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the global launch framework for assigned products and services and drive commercialization across the Americas
- Partner with Regional Marketing Management across EMEA and APAC, including China, to localize and execute global strategies across the Americas
- Gather and analyze Americas market intelligence, including trends, customer needs, reimbursement dynamics, clinical practices, competitive activity, and purchasing behaviors
- Monitor market adoption, market share, product performance, sales data, financial metrics, customer feedback, and market research
- Develop competitive positioning, tools, resources, segmentation, targeting, messaging, campaigns, pricing strategies, and profitability analyses
- Translate business cases into annual regional marketing plans, forecasts, growth initiatives, and budget management
- Establish launch performance metrics and monitor execution, customer adoption, revenue contribution, field readiness, and launch effectiveness
- Identify launch risks, adoption barriers, and execution gaps and develop mitigation plans
- Support commercialization throughout the product lifecycle, including sustaining marketing, portfolio optimization, and end-of-life transitions
- Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, customers, and clinical stakeholders
- Partner with Medical Education, Product Management, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Sales Operations, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing Communications
- Lead cross-functional regional marketing projects from strategy through execution
- Develop customer-facing and sales-enablement materials, including messaging, value propositions, training tools, competitive comparisons, and commercialization assets
- Monitor product performance, recommend optimizations, and define and track regional marketing KPIs
- Serve as a liaison between Americas Sales and global commercial marketing functions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in downstream product or services marketing or commercialization
- Demonstrated success with regional product launches and go-to-market strategies in a regulated healthcare environment
- Strong marketing and commercialization expertise, including medical-device commercialization, product lifecycle management, and healthcare market dynamics
- Experience gathering and analyzing market intelligence and turning complex information into clear business recommendations
- Experience leading global and regional launch projects and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across functions, organizational levels, countries, and cultures
- Strong customer focus and high emotional intelligence
- Experience adapting global strategies to meet regional market needs
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, CRM platforms, and marketing analytics tools such as Salesforce
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Must remain current with and follow all relevant Quality System procedures
- Reliable internet connection and appropriate home-office environment
- MBA or other advanced degree, healthcare or medical-device industry experience, knowledge of medical education and continuing education requirements, understanding of regional healthcare markets and regulatory environments, and global matrixed-organization experience are preferred/“Even Better If” qualifications
