Job Description
Marketing Lead driving BeOne’s solid tumor franchise strategy, omnichannel execution, and market access across Benelux. Leading cross-functional teams, forecasting, budgets, and field-force enablement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the Benelux solid tumor franchise strategy aligned with global and regional direction
- Translate scientific value, clinical differentiation, and patient benefit into customer-centric value propositions
- Lead lifecycle management, scenario planning, and pipeline expansion preparation
- Create cross-functional brand plans and country tactical plans
- Design and implement go-to-market and omnichannel engagement strategies across the Benelux cluster
- Develop compliant promotional and non-promotional materials, campaigns, digital assets, congress content, and customer journeys
- Optimize execution using performance data and customer feedback
- Act as strategic partner and indirect leader of sales and account teams
- Coach field teams and support account-plan implementation
- Plan and deliver KAM trainings, updates, messaging, and launch-readiness programs
- Generate and analyze market, customer, access, and competitive insights
- Translate insights into segmentation, targeting, strategic choices, and tactical priorities
- Conduct co-visits with KAMs and compliant engagements with therapeutic area experts
- Build and maintain forecasting models, including scenario analysis, tender impact, and uptake curves
- Manage Benelux marketing OPEX, commercial project management, contracts, invoicing, and budget updates
- Track and report KPIs, franchise performance, and competitive initiatives; define corrective actions
- Collaborate with Market Access, Medical, Sales, Finance, and Global/Regional Marketing
- Lead cross-functional brand teams and manage budgets, agencies, and external partners
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, industry codes, and company policies
- Ensure promotional materials, adverse events, product complaints, and safety information are handled appropriately
- Maintain CRM documentation and inspection-ready data quality
- Build a culture of integrity, patient focus, and ethical decision-making
Requirements:
- Master Degree (i.e. business economics/management, pharmacology, biomedical sciences, etc.)
- Extensive experience (+7 years) in pharmaceutical marketing within specialty care and Benelux hospital settings, preferably in oncology or hematology
- Proven track record in leading brands or franchises in competitive, access-restricted environments
- Strong strategic capability combined with hands-on execution excellence and operational discipline
- Highly analytical, with the ability to transform complex data and insights into clear decisions and actions
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and to lead cross-functional and field teams in a matrix organization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, credible with senior internal and external partners
- Entrepreneurial, performance-driven mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and resilience
- Deep commitment to compliance, quality, and patient-centricity
- Proficiency in all MS Office Programs (especially Excel and PPT), Outlook, WorkDay and CRM tools
- Strong skills in regularly using the AI-tools provided by the company
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English (written and spoken)
- Very good understanding of the Benelux solid tumor treatment and hospital landscape
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including ability to synthesize data and deliver a clear overview of commercial strategy, opportunities, and risks
- Experience and skill in omnichannel management and strategies to increase SOV and customer-touchpoint impact
- Ability to navigate rapidly changing environments and lead directly and indirectly in cross-functional contexts
- Ability to prioritize and focus on what matters most
- Willingness to travel frequently abroad, mainly in Europe
