Job Description
Analista de operações comerciais na Datacom, desenvolvedora de soluções de tecnologia e telecomunicações. Gerenciando propostas, licitações, contratos, faturamento, entregas e pós-venda.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customers’ technical and commercial needs and prepare profitable proposals
- Monitor and analyze public tenders and RFPs, preparing documentation in advance
- Participate in in-person and electronic bidding processes and follow them through to award
- Liaise with the external sales team, aligning billing expectations and timelines
- Manage contracts, monitoring scope, deadlines, penalties, and specific clauses
- Monitor the customer portfolio and negotiation progress through KPIs
- Receive, verify, and register orders and purchase orders in the system
- Resolve discrepancies directly with customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure deliveries are made on the agreed dates
- Process order invoicing
- Monitor deliveries and installations with the Services team, anticipating and communicating delays
- Centralize post-sales requests and direct them to the appropriate support teams
- Manage the shipment and return of equipment for demonstrations, approval testing, training, and replacements
- Propose improvements to internal policies, processes, and procedures, and participate in the validation of new tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, Foreign Trade, or a related field
- Experience in commercial operations, sales back office, or invoicing
- Experience with public tenders, electronic bidding, and the analysis of tender documents/RFPs
- Knowledge of contract management
- Microsoft Office proficiency, with intermediate or advanced Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems
- Preferred: experience in the technology or telecommunications industry
- Preferred: experience with B2B sales and serving corporate customers or public-sector organizations
