Job Description

Commercial Segment Lead für Caspar Healths digitale Rehabilitationsplattform. Steuerung von B2B-SaaS-Wachstum, Go-to-Market, Umsatz und P&L über Sales, Marketing und CSM hinweg.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the overarching segment strategy
  • Assume full P&L responsibility for ARR and churn
  • Drive strategic positioning, messaging, pricing, and packaging
  • Conduct ongoing market, customer, and competitive analyses
  • Translate B2B customer needs into business cases
  • Make KPI-based business cases for requirements to the product organization
  • Provide strategic context for product developments
  • Create clear feature stories and sales enablement materials
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and CSM to create sales-relevant assets
  • Increase win rate
  • Provide functional leadership to interdisciplinary teams and coordinate resources through stakeholder management

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in Product Marketing Management (PMM), Business Development, or as a Commercial Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
  • Demonstrated revenue and budget ownership, as well as a successful track record of P&L responsibility
  • Experience with B2B sales cycles
  • Ability to translate complex software features into clear value propositions
  • Strong command of ARR, churn, and net retention
  • Ability to make well-founded commercial decisions with incomplete data
  • Expertise in cross-functional management and lateral leadership
  • Confident stakeholder management in situations involving conflicting interests
  • Highly proactive and dependable
