Job Description
Entry-level growth professional supporting outreach, engagement, and business development for supplemental life, accident, and health insurance provider. Analyzing data, managing projects, and handling sales activities.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Implement growth hacking strategies that support business development goals.
- Manage projects and coordinate priorities across day-to-day activities.
- Communicate effectively with team members to support execution and alignment.
- Handle sales-related activities as part of ongoing growth efforts.
Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Experience maintaining disciplined lead follow-up practices and testing ways to improve outreach effectiveness.
- Strong communication skills, with experience working with cross-functional team members.
- Experience in client-facing interactions and managing ongoing client relationships.
- Experience coaching others and helping build leadership capability in a team environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Availability to work evenings.
- Exposure to sales-related activities.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Availability to work weekends.
