Job Description
Community Manager for Duolingo Math Parent Community building an online community of parents. Developing strategies for engagement and collaboration while growing both public and private communities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a growth plan to scale the public group
- Partner with Performance Marketing as the primary acquisition engine
- Program a content calendar for community engagement
- Recruit, train, and manage volunteer parent moderators
- Build recruitment funnel for Inner Circle members
- Program Inner Circle for high-signal feedback
Requirements:
- 5+ years in community management, audience development, social media, or growth marketing
- Strong editorial and content instincts
- Operational rigor at scale
- Experience translating qualitative input into structured insights
- Sound moderation and escalation judgment
