Job Description

Community Manager at Atomic amplifying the impact of a scientific lead across thousands of medical professionals. Fostering connections and managing relationships through extensive travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with our scientific lead to amplify her expertise and scale her impact
  • Own 1:1 relationships with clinicians, specialists, and scientific advisors
  • Coordinate educational programming
  • Build and maintain structured CRM tracking
  • Travel extensively to clinics, conferences, and key markets
  • Field feedback and input from community members
  • Create programming that fosters connection among professionals

Requirements:

  • 5+ years managing large-scale professional communities (healthcare, scientific, or B2B preferred)
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders or subject-matter experts
  • Personable, creative, and fun
  • Exceptional memory for personal details
  • High EQ
  • Strong operator
  • Low-ego and credible
  • Exceptional at both warm outreach and building rapport quickly
  • Highly organized with ability to build structure from scratch
  • Ideally based in (or willing to relocate to) Miami
  • Enthusiastic about extensive travel (30–50%+)
