Job Description
Community Marketing Coordinator supporting Fatburger franchisees with local marketing plans, openings, events, partnerships, and community activations. Using market insights and digital tools to drive restaurant traffic and profitable sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute local marketing plans tailored to individual restaurants and markets
- Serve as a day-to-day marketing resource to franchisees
- Identify opportunities and develop market-specific strategies
- Execute events, partnerships and community initiatives
- Coordinate new restaurant marketing plans from pre-opening through launch
- Lead local activations, events and partnerships while maintaining brand alignment
- Coordinate creative requests from intake through final delivery
- Provide guidance on marketing best practices and execution resources
- Use sales, market and competitive data to identify opportunities and measure results
- Assist the Digital Team with websites, SMS, e-clubs and app-based loyalty programs
- Maintain ship lists, store location lists and location listing management tools
- Maintain budgets, project timelines, store information, marketing resources and organizational tools
- Support administrative duties including budgets, agendas, meeting notes and action items
Requirements:
- 2+ years of marketing, local store marketing, franchise marketing, restaurant marketing or agency experience preferred
- Experience working with franchisees, field teams, operators, or multiple stakeholders is a plus
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, deadlines and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly resourceful and solutions-oriented; comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking initiative
- Strategic thinking and ability to identify opportunities and recommend practical marketing solutions
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to interpret basic sales, market and competitive data
- Strong relationship-building skills and confidence working directly with franchisees and restaurant operators
- Creative thinking and understanding of making a national brand relevant within individual communities
- Proficiency with project management and marketing tools
- Experience with Asana, Google Business Profile, social platforms, CRM/loyalty platforms and third-party delivery platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
