Job Description
Community Marketing Specialist growing Community Health Worker communities for Pear Suite’s digital health platform. Driving acquisition, lifecycle engagement, CRM campaigns, and social storytelling.
Responsibilities:
- Own the development of Pear Suite's Community Health Worker (CHW) community across the customer lifecycle, from acquisition and activation to retention and engagement
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies across organic, referral, partnership, influencer sourcing, and paid channels
- Grow strategic segments including Community Health Workers (CHWs), community-based organizations (CBOs), payers, and healthcare organizations
- Manage CHW sourcing initiatives and optimize acquisition performance through data-driven insights
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and community health behaviors to improve acquisition strategy
- Build and optimize activation, education, and retention strategies across the CHW journey with Marketing Communications
- Manage HubSpot CRM lifecycle campaigns to onboard, activate, educate, and re-engage CHW customers
- Develop community initiatives using webinars, newsletters, events, and educational campaigns
- Partner with Communications on social media strategies supporting community growth and engagement
- Co-create CHW-focused campaigns across acquisition, education, and activation using community storytelling
- Align community initiatives, CRM lifecycle campaigns, and social media content to maximize engagement and business impact
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to channel community feedback into product improvements and new features
- Produce community insights, reports, and recommendations to support business decisions
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in community management, influencer marketing, CRM, or growth marketing
- Experience building community in music, entertainment, hospitality, or for national consumer brands like Starbucks is a plus
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and community engagement strategies
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, and reporting
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Strong oral presentation and communication skills
- Super-agile, self-motivated, and capable of working remotely with limited oversight
- Passion for community health, impact, artificial intelligence, and digital marketing
- Share an ambition for building cultures, movements, and brands you can be passionate about
- Bachelor's degree required in related fields
- Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, Claude, Adobe, and Canva
- Familiarity with community health or social determinants of health (SDOH) landscape
- MBA or degree in Business, Advertising, or Marketing
