Job Description
Remote Complex Group Sales Manager engaging in group sales and account management for hotels in Hawaii. Responsible for new lead generation, site inspections, and sales goal achievement.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for effectively soliciting and becoming familiar with all accounts in specific market segment.
- Responsible for prospecting and closing on assigned accounts/territory to positively impact hotel revenues.
- Support for Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach and The Royal Lahaina Resort in Maui.
- Conduct thorough site inspections of the hotel with clients.
- Develop working knowledge of hotel operations.
- Research, solicit, and generate new leads for business opportunities.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of progressive hotel group sales experience
- Role can be remote in CA or TX; requires travel.
- Must have a driver’s license in the applicable state.
- Must be proficient in Windows, Company approved spreadsheets and word processing.
