Job Description
Consultant in IT Operations coordinating IT projects and supporting operational processes. Engaging with various teams to enhance the IT business landscape and manage initiatives effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between business areas and the IT organization
- Create innovative solutions to difficult situations
- Cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams
- Research best business practices within the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, information technology, business administration or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of consulting or relevant leadership experience
- Foundational knowledge of IT operations or IT project management required
- Proficient knowledge in four or more (4+) business operations disciplines and supported business processes
- Certification in PX Essentials and Root Cause Analysis training, or equivalent, required
