Job Description
Managing Consultant für IT-Betrieb bei deutscher IT-Management- und IT-Security-Beratung. Beratung auf Management- und C-Level sowie Optimierung komplexer IT-Organisationen und ITSM-Prozesse.
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients at management and C-level on improving IT performance and future readiness
- Analyze and assess IT organizations, including IT infrastructure, operations, and IT service management
- Optimize processes and define clear responsibilities to ensure effective and efficient IT operations delivery
- Provide professional leadership to consultants and support their ongoing development
Requirements:
- Completed university degree
- At least five years of relevant project and consulting experience in IT operations or IT service management (ITSM)
- Experience in a leadership role is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL and other relevant frameworks
- Experience managing complex IT organizations
- Strong strategic thinking skills
- Ability to analyze complex interrelationships and derive practical recommendations for action
- High degree of ownership and accountability
- Structured approach to work
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Business-fluent German
