Job Description
IT-Betriebsberater optimiert IT-Services, Infrastruktur und Operations für Kunden der unabhängigen IT-Management- und IT-Security-Beratung HiSolutions. Analyse von IT-Organisationen und Bewertung moderner Technologien.
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to optimize IT operations, ensuring that IT is stable, efficient, and aligned with business needs
- Analyze and assess IT organizations, including IT infrastructure, operations, and IT service management
- Identify and highlight the strengths and weaknesses of IT organizations
- Evaluate the latest technologies and tools available on the market
- Assess how technologies and tools can improve existing client processes
- Optionally take on technical leadership and mentor junior consultants on joint projects
Requirements:
- Completed university degree
- At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT operations
- In-depth understanding of established frameworks and best practices such as ITIL
- Strong understanding of the interface between IT and business
- Analytical ability to structure complexity and clarify interrelationships
- Highly self-motivated, with a conscientious and thorough approach to work
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Business-fluent German
