Job Description

Contract Administrator managing Gracenote’s full sales-contract lifecycle for Nielsen’s media insights and sports data business. Drafting SaaS and licensed data agreements across international teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of sales agreements, including drafting, execution, renewal, and termination
  • Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Finance to prepare, draft, and tailor SaaS agreements
  • Ensure contract terms meet client requirements and Gracenote’s sales goals
  • Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product to streamline contract workflows
  • Maintain compliance and facilitate timely contract execution
  • Implement and uphold Gracenote’s contracting standards and legal requirements
  • Work with Sales Leadership to prioritize agreements and manage approvals
  • Finalize contract terms in collaboration with Legal
  • Implement new contract acceptance policies and procedures
  • Use Salesforce to generate, oversee, and update contracts
  • Maintain high standards of contract data hygiene and integrity
  • Draft licensed data agreements for Video, Sports, Studio System, Music, and Auto verticals

Requirements:

  • 5-8+ years of experience in contract administration or related role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and business practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Proficiency in contract management software
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in Salesforce
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management systems is a plus
