Job Description
Contract People Business Partner providing strategic HR support to G&A teams in a fast-paced environment. Focus on organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and talent opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic thought partnership and coaching to leaders
- Coach and advise on employee experience components
- Build relationships and inspire a culture of accountability
- Role in organizational-wide initiatives and projects
- Partner with leaders for headcount forecasting
- Lead and execute business practice improvements
- Collaborate with the People Ops team
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR business experience
- 4+ years of experience as a strategic HR business partner
- Experience with employee relations, organizational design, performance management, and talent development
- Ability to coach and influence leaders and employees
- Strong business acumen and judgment
