Job Description
Contract Recruiter managing high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment at Tradeify. Collaborating with hiring managers and candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple open roles across the business
- Manage high-volume pipelines while maintaining a thoughtful, human candidate experience
- Partner closely with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate quickly, and execute efficiently
- Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and creative sourcing strategies
- Conduct recruiter screens and guide candidates through the interview process
- Maintain accurate, clean ATS data and recruiting documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, templates, and processes as we scale
- Act as a brand ambassador for Tradeify in every candidate interaction
Requirements:
- In-house recruiting experience required (startup or high-growth environment strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated success in high-volume hiring
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Clear, confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
- Organized, proactive, and execution-focused
