Job Description
Contracts Manager overseeing all agreements and negotiating new contracts at CGS for government innovation. Collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and optimize contract terms.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain all current agreements while negotiating and finalizing new contracts
- Ensure overall contract compliance for assigned tasks
- Lead and coordinate proposal and award activities for assigned contracts
- Independently review complex contract actions and implement plans to address risks
- Collaborate with internal teams on complex contract administration
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for contracts
- Provide cradle-to-grave contract administration for various Government contracts
- Engage with contracts and procurement staff, functional peers, and customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience managing various contract types and solicitation types
- Knowledge of Federal Contracting guidelines
- 3+ years of experience in supporting Federal clients
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal government security clearance
- Proven expertise with MS Outlook, Excel, and Teams
