Job Description

Contracts Manager overseeing all agreements and negotiating new contracts at CGS for government innovation. Collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and optimize contract terms.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain all current agreements while negotiating and finalizing new contracts
  • Ensure overall contract compliance for assigned tasks
  • Lead and coordinate proposal and award activities for assigned contracts
  • Independently review complex contract actions and implement plans to address risks
  • Collaborate with internal teams on complex contract administration
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for contracts
  • Provide cradle-to-grave contract administration for various Government contracts
  • Engage with contracts and procurement staff, functional peers, and customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of experience managing various contract types and solicitation types
  • Knowledge of Federal Contracting guidelines
  • 3+ years of experience in supporting Federal clients
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a federal government security clearance
  • Proven expertise with MS Outlook, Excel, and Teams
