Job Description
Conversational AI Solution Engineer designing and implementing voice and chatbot solutions for TP, a global digital business process outsourcing leader. Connecting customer systems and optimizing AI workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer processes and identify automation and Conversational AI opportunities
- Develop voice and chatbot solutions as well as technical solution designs
- Select and evaluate suitable Conversational AI platforms and technologies
- Configure, test, and optimize prompts, dialogue flows, and bot performance
- Integrate customer systems via APIs and interfaces
- Implement technical requirements using JavaScript and Python
- Support projects from technology evaluation through go-live
- Create technical documentation and establish best practices and prompt libraries
- Collaborate with customer IT teams, internal teams, and other stakeholders
- Analyze customer requirements, identify AI opportunities, design solutions, and implement them hands-on from a technical perspective
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable technical field
- 3–5 years of professional experience as a Conversational AI Engineer, Solution Engineer, Technical Consultant, or in a comparable role
- Experience implementing voice or chatbot solutions on commonly used industry platforms
- Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Conversational AI
- Good knowledge of JavaScript and Python
- Experience with APIs, system integration, and technical interfaces
- Understanding of automation opportunities and customer processes
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong technical affinity and enthusiasm for experimenting with and advancing new technologies
- Experience in the CX/customer service environment is a plus
