Job Description
Country Manager for syte's expansion in Spain, focusing on business development and customer engagement. Responsible for establishing syte's platform presence and leading sales in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Brand ambassador: You are syte's voice and face in Spain.
- Sales responsibility for Spain: You lead all customer conversations across the Spanish market.
- Pipeline building: Cold outreach, warm introductions, events, panels.
- Industry presence: You represent syte at relevant industry events.
- Focus on early customers: You personally onboard the first Spanish customers.
- Market radar: You translate the Spanish market reality into clear input for Lena and the product team.
- Partnerships and advisors: You take over and further develop syte's existing Spanish relationships.
Requirements:
- Your network is your strongest asset.
- Technical proficiency is non-negotiable.
- Experience in the Spanish real estate market.
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales.
- Hunter mentality with a proactive approach to business development.
- Strong communication skills.
- Residency in Madrid or willingness to relocate there from day one.
