Job Description
Court Access Account Executive focusing on partnerships with county-level courts in the U.S. Expanding access to public court records and data through strategic engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead engagement with court decision-makers
- Identify, qualify, and secure partnerships with court systems
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of court access opportunities
- Develop and execute regional and national engagement strategies
- Advocate for data-sharing relationships and increased judicial transparency
- Collaborate cross-functionally for alignment on legal, technical, and operational requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven success with 3+ years in business development, government relations, or public-sector enterprise sales
- Strong consultative and strategic selling skills
- Deep understanding of legal technology and public-sector data ecosystems
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Highly self-motivated and organized
- Willingness to travel regularly within the U.S.
