Job Description
B2B Sales Executive focusing on new logo acquisition in SaaS for construction compliance. Managing full sales cycle and supporting marketing efforts in the West territory.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to signed contract across a defined West region territory.
- Average deal sizes run $10K-$100K ARR.
- You'll prospect, qualify, build business cases, and close -- with support from marketing and a tight internal team, but without anyone doing the hard part for you.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales with quota attainment you can speak to specifically
- Comfort selling in the $10K-$100K ARR range — you know how to build a business case and handle price objections without apologizing for the number
- Outbound-first mindset. Strong discovery instincts. You ask before you pitch.
- You're a quick study on industry context. HR and payroll operations in the construction space isn't something most people know, but that's a challenge that you're willing to take on.
