Job Description

CPM Creator Recruiter sourcing and activating creators for a remote, performance marketing operation. Building reliable creator pipelines and enhancing onboarding processes for maximizing retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Increase the number of high-quality CPM creators sourced and activated weekly.
  • Streamline creator onboarding to reduce mid-funnel drop-off and improve retention.
  • Maintain operational visibility into pipeline health and sourcing performance.
  • Contribute to process improvements that optimize recruiting efficiency.
  • Support the team in scaling content production by ensuring a reliable supply of creators.
  • Own end-to-end sourcing for CPM-based creators across multiple channels.
  • Proactively identify and outreach to creator candidates via job boards, communities, and social platforms.
  • Maintain a consistent weekly sourcing cadence to ensure predictable inflow.
  • Experiment with new sourcing channels to expand creator supply.
  • Drive candidate conversion through timely messaging, follow-ups, and clear expectation-setting.
  • Screen candidates for reliability, fit, and understanding of CPM-based work.
  • Activate creators efficiently to minimize mid-funnel drop-off.
  • Coordinate smooth handoff to creator management once creators are ready to produce.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking across all funnel stages.
  • Monitor funnel health from applicant to first content shipped.
  • Build lightweight qualification checklists and follow-up systems.
  • Ensure leadership visibility into recruiting status at all times.
  • Identify which sourcing channels deliver the highest-quality CPM creators.
  • Leverage creator success stories to improve recruiting conversion.
  • Establish regular reporting on pipeline volume, activations, and retention checkpoints.
