Job Description
CPM Creator Recruiter sourcing and activating creators for a remote, performance marketing operation. Building reliable creator pipelines and enhancing onboarding processes for maximizing retention.
Responsibilities:
- Increase the number of high-quality CPM creators sourced and activated weekly.
- Streamline creator onboarding to reduce mid-funnel drop-off and improve retention.
- Maintain operational visibility into pipeline health and sourcing performance.
- Contribute to process improvements that optimize recruiting efficiency.
- Support the team in scaling content production by ensuring a reliable supply of creators.
- Own end-to-end sourcing for CPM-based creators across multiple channels.
- Proactively identify and outreach to creator candidates via job boards, communities, and social platforms.
- Maintain a consistent weekly sourcing cadence to ensure predictable inflow.
- Experiment with new sourcing channels to expand creator supply.
- Drive candidate conversion through timely messaging, follow-ups, and clear expectation-setting.
- Screen candidates for reliability, fit, and understanding of CPM-based work.
- Activate creators efficiently to minimize mid-funnel drop-off.
- Coordinate smooth handoff to creator management once creators are ready to produce.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking across all funnel stages.
- Monitor funnel health from applicant to first content shipped.
- Build lightweight qualification checklists and follow-up systems.
- Ensure leadership visibility into recruiting status at all times.
- Identify which sourcing channels deliver the highest-quality CPM creators.
- Leverage creator success stories to improve recruiting conversion.
- Establish regular reporting on pipeline volume, activations, and retention checkpoints.
Requirements:
