Job Description
Recruiter responsible for networking and recruiting healthcare professionals for Life Sciences team. Ensuring project needs are met with outstanding employees in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for networking with and recruiting healthcare professionals
- Provide strategic support and client delivery to Life Sciences team
- Sourcing employees for specific assignments using various mediums
- Creatively network and use social media to contact/search for applicants
- Aggressively pursue both active and passive candidates
- Act as a liaison between client facilities and newly hired candidates
- Screening applications and resumes, interviewing candidates
- Evaluate and recommend candidates for hire
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws
- Documentation of confidential information per HIPAA standards
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (orally and written)
- Personable and professional
- Strong, competitive, and goal-oriented nature
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to retain information and can independently as well as in a team-setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Ability to ask and answer open-ended questions
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem solving
- High school diploma or equivalent
