Job Description
Creative Marketing Manager leading content strategy and brand consistency for EMS’s marketing initiatives. Developing high-performing creative assets for both paid and organic campaigns with data-driven optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop high-performing creative assets for paid campaigns
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms
- Strengthen organic social presence and engagement
- Align ad messaging with landing pages and conversion funnels
- Continuously improve creative performance based on data
- Develop and maintain overarching creative direction for the organization’s marketing initiatives
- Produce static and video ad creative for Google Display & YouTube, Facebook & Instagram, TikTok
- Write high-converting ad copy
- Create visual mockups and structured testing variations
- Review performance data to refine messaging and visuals
- Manage creative refresh cycles to prevent fatigue
- Develop and manage a structured content calendar for organic social presence
- Create branded marketing assets such as flyers, digital brochures, presentation decks, etc.
- Ensure advertising creative aligns with conversion infrastructure
Requirements:
- 3–6 years experience in digital marketing, creative strategy, or content marketing
- Demonstrated experience creating performance-focused ad creative
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools
- Basic video editing capability (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
- Understanding of paid advertising fundamentals
- Strong copywriting ability
- Ability to interpret performance data and adjust creative direction
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work aligned with U.S. Eastern Time
