Job Description

Marketing Analyst responsible for managing lead strategies and marketing automation for Inmeta, a SaaS company. Focus on optimizing lead conversion and collaborating with marketing and sales teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company’s lead database, ensuring segmentation, data quality and updates;
  • Create, implement and optimize automation and lead nurturing workflows in RD Station focused on lead qualification and conversion;
  • Develop relationship strategies across the entire lead journey;
  • Monitor and optimize conversion metrics between stages of the marketing and sales funnel;
  • Build advanced segmentations for email marketing campaigns and automations;
  • Perform lead database analyses to identify growth and recovery opportunities;
  • Integrate processes between RD Station and Pipedrive, ensuring data consistency and funnel tracking;
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track Inbound Marketing results;
  • Collaborate with Content, Performance and Sales teams to maximize opportunity generation;
  • Run A/B tests on workflows, campaigns and nurturing journeys;
  • Use artificial intelligence to optimize analyses, segmentations, automations and conversion strategies;
  • Propose continuous improvements to the demand-generation operation based on data.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Inbound Marketing and marketing automation;
  • Experience in demand generation and funnel management;
  • Experience with Marketing + Sales integration;
  • Experience in B2B SaaS companies;
  • Advanced knowledge of RD Station Marketing;
  • Advanced knowledge in Marketing and Sales Funnel Management;
  • Advanced knowledge in Lead Nurturing Strategies;
  • Advanced knowledge in Marketing Automation;
  • Advanced knowledge in Email Marketing;
  • Advanced knowledge in dashboard creation and analysis;
  • Intermediate knowledge of CRM and commercial processes.
