Job Description

Global Marketing Communications Manager at Solventum developing healthcare marketing strategies and coordinating global agency partnerships. Focused on impactful communication and brand integrity in healthcare.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform strategic development and execution of integrated global marketing communication strategies
  • Execute global agency partnerships to deliver high-impact creative assets
  • Support new product introductions (NPI) by defining communication strategies
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with global and regional marketing teams
  • Prepare scalable foundational communication toolkits, assets, and content strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 7 years of marketing communications experience
  • 5 years of experience developing integrated marketing communications strategies across multiple channels (digital, print, events)
  • 3 years of experience managing agency partnerships, creative workflows, and vendor relationships
  • 3 years of experience in product marketing communications, including new product introduction (NPI) launches, campaign development, and content strategy
  • Experience ensuring brand integrity and compliance across communication assets in a regulated or healthcare environment
  • Master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related discipline from an accredited institution (preferred)
  • Five (5) years of experience in healthcare or medtech marketing communications with global scope
