Job Description
Credit Deal Desk Manager overseeing operations of Correspondent Deal/Scenario Desk for innovative lending solutions. Collaborating with teams to enhance efficiencies and manage exception requests.
Responsibilities:
- Review and respond to deal/scenario questions from Sellers
- Review and decision exception requests
- Collaborate with the operations management team to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiencies across departments
- Other duties as may be assigned
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Correspondent mortgage credit/underwriting
- Experience with Non-Agency programs
- Experience with Deal Desk, Scenario, and Exceptions required
- Computer proficiency and MLM experience preferred
