Job Description
Consulting Manager leading strategy consulting projects for MedTech clients. Overseeing teams and driving client engagement in the life sciences industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead up to two project teams to ensure effective planning, organizing, and management of strategic engagements
- Synthesize complex data and information into actionable results and recommendations
- Design, structure, and deliver reports, presentations, and other client deliverables
- Develop client relationships through effective communication and be a thought partner to client teams
- Manage the work of junior team members for up to two client engagements at a time
- Oversee the development project work plans for engagement teams
- Assist in the identification of follow-on work or new leads and the writing of project proposals
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree required
- 4-6 years of work experience in strategy and/or marketing consulting to the life sciences industry with medical device clients
- Project or team management experience required
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong quantitative skills
- Demonstrated leadership in previous positions
- Interest and desire to learn about the MedTech industry
- Exceptional project planning, time management, and organizational skills
- Excellent conversational and business English (written and oral)
- Exceptional literacy in Microsoft Office (SQL is a plus)
