Job Description
CRM Analyst at HostDime Brazil, designing and implementing communication strategies to convert leads into sales. Focus on strategic content journeys and data-driven improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Design the logic of automation flows
- Write copy for email, newsletters, WhatsApp and SMS
- Plan the communications calendar
- Create contact segments based on behavior and interests
- Create landing pages and run continuous A/B tests
- Dive into open and click metrics to recommend continuous improvements
Requirements:
- Proficiency with automation tools (HubSpot, RD Station, or similar)
- Copywriting and storytelling techniques
- Analytical mindset for CRM metrics
- Experience in the B2B market is a strong plus
