Job Description
Italian-speaking customer care experts supporting premium automotive clients remotely in Greece. Providing vehicle assistance, technical support, and luxury-standard service via phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level assistance to Italian-speaking clients regarding vehicle inquiries, maintenance schedules, and technical support.
- Represent premium automotive brands by delivering expert advice and solutions via phone, email, and chat.
- Guide customers through automotive service processes, ensuring a seamless and luxury-standard user experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, vehicle diagnostics, and case history within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex automotive service-related issues.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive market trends and vehicle specifications to better advise the client base.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Genuine interest in the automotive sector and a passion for customer excellence.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, empathetic attitude.
- Ability to adapt to a remote work environment while remaining fully engaged with team objectives.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and basic technical literacy.
