Job Description
Customer Experience Associate providing banking solutions by processing financial transactions and resolving customer concerns at TD Canada Trust. Building relationships for a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Process financial transactions accurately
- Understand and determine customer needs for banking solutions
- Respond and resolve customers' concerns
- Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions
- Connect personally with customers and advise appropriately
- Assist team by respecting coworkers and keeping everyone updated
Requirements:
- High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
- Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills
- Hands-on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to exercise initiative and be accurate and detail oriented
- Established customer experience skills communicating effectively
