Job Description

Customer Experience Associate providing banking solutions by processing financial transactions and resolving customer concerns at TD Canada Trust. Building relationships for a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Process financial transactions accurately
  • Understand and determine customer needs for banking solutions
  • Respond and resolve customers' concerns
  • Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions
  • Connect personally with customers and advise appropriately
  • Assist team by respecting coworkers and keeping everyone updated

Requirements:

  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
  • Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Hands-on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to exercise initiative and be accurate and detail oriented
  • Established customer experience skills communicating effectively
