Job Description
Customer Operations Specialist supporting customer accounts and operational tasks at BibliU. Functioning as the main contact for customers and managing renewals and booklist requests.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting Customer Operations Managers and the Head of Customer Operations
- Managing renewals, profitability, and overall account health
- Acting as the main point of contact for each customer account
- Meeting with customers to discuss renewals and platform-related questions
- Coordinating and assisting with booklist and operational work
- Troubleshooting and providing white glove support during implementation seasons
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in direct customer interactions
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficient in spreadsheet analysis and CRM management
- 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with SaaS businesses is appreciated
- Previous experience in a startup or scale-up environment is a plus
