Job Description

Customer Service & Admin Assistant coordinating customer communications and administrative tasks for franchise owners. Managing multi-channel interactions and supporting operations without gaps.

Responsibilities:

  • Own inbound/outbound coverage across phone, email, SMS, and chat — no channel left hanging
  • Manage appointments end-to-end: scheduling, confirmations, reschedules, reminders, light service recovery
  • Keep CRM/help desk notes, tags, statuses, and follow-up tasks clean and current
  • Handle routine franchise admin so managers stay locked on operations
  • Run escalations (billing, complaints, franchisee issues) per a clear SOP set at onboarding

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in customer-facing or admin support roles
  • Handled 60+ customer interactions/day for 6+ consecutive months
  • 2+ years on Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, ServiceTitan, or similar CRM
  • Willing to undergo necessary training assessment as part of the recruitment process.
  • Professional home office setup and reliable internet
