Job Description
Customer Service Call Center Representative interacting with customers via multiple channels. Resolving inquiries, providing service options, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with WM Customers via Multi-Channel Customer Service, handling 60-80 contacts a day
- Use multiple applications to research and resolve customer queries
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service, explaining complex issues in simple terms
- Highlight features and benefits of WM products and services to increase revenue and retain customers
- Establish customer accounts and negotiate service type, pricing, and billing
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
- 1 year of previous customer service experience (in addition to education requirement)
