Job Description
Werkstudent:in im Kundenservice für Nutrition-Plus’ veganen Online-Shop. Bearbeitung von Bestell-, Produkt-, Liefer- und Reklamationsanfragen im Remote-Team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries in a friendly, reliable, and solution-oriented manner
- Respond to questions about orders, products, deliveries, complaints, and other matters
- Manage assigned cases independently and keep track of outstanding issues
- Handle administrative and recurring tasks conscientiously and accurately
- Document customer inquiries and maintain complete and accurate information
- Coordinate with responsible colleagues and other teams on more complex cases
- Help provide fast and friendly service, even when inquiry volumes are high
- Work occasional weekend shifts by arrangement
Requirements:
- You are currently enrolled at a college or university and have at least three semesters of study remaining
- You have a strong academic record
- You are available to support our team on a long-term basis for 10 to 20 hours per week
- You work independently, systematically, and conscientiously
- You are reliable and hold yourself to a high standard of accuracy
- You complete recurring tasks with focus and care
- You communicate in a friendly, dependable, and professional manner, even when dealing with dissatisfied customers
- You remain patient and solution-oriented and can prioritize different types of inquiries effectively
- You have excellent written and spoken German skills
- You are flexible enough to work occasional weekends
- Ideally, you have initial experience in customer service, e-commerce, retail, or another service-oriented field. This is not required
- You identify with a vegan lifestyle and our company values
