Job Description
Customer Service Representative focusing on customer inquiries via email and live chat at Bellesa Boutique. Provide timely support concerning orders, shipping, returns, promotions, and product questions.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat in a timely, professional, and on-brand manner.
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of empathy, discretion, and accuracy.
- Identify recurring issues and flag trends or concerns to the broader CX team.
- Follow established processes while contributing feedback to improve workflows and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive topics with care and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer experience.
- Excellent written communication skills — clear, friendly, and confident.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.
- Discretion, professionalism, and a sensitive approach to all communications.
