Job Description
Remote customer service representative assisting customers with healthcare coverage and open enrollment. Handling calls, chats, account support, document uploads, and online-system navigation for TEKsystems.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls and online chat inquiries
- Assist customers with account creation and password resets
- Help customers upload documents and navigate online systems
- Provide information regarding healthcare coverage and enrollment options
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions
- Accurately document customer interactions and update account information
- Follow established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience required
- Call center experience preferred
- Strong computer and navigation skills
- Comfortable working in multiple systems simultaneously
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Spanish bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- Must have open availability between 7:45 AM and 10:00 PM based on your local time zone
