Job Description
Asesor remoto atendiendo consultas de internet hogar y telefonía fija de Claro. Gestionando cambios de plan e instalaciones sin realizar ventas.
Responsibilities:
- Brindar atención al cliente respecto a consultas sobre sus servicios de internet hogar
- Atender consultas sobre telefonía fija
- Gestionar cambios de plan
- Gestionar instalaciones de servicios
- Participar en capacitación remota de 21 días
Requirements:
- Estudios Educación Secundaria
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en turno mañana: 9AM a 6 PM o 10 AM a 7 PM
- Disponibilidad para descanso rotativo
- Disponibilidad para capacitación de lunes a sábado de 8am a 3pm (1hr de break) durante 21 días
Benefits:
- Bono de productividad: S/200.00
- Bono de internet: S/26.00
- Pago de Capacitación: S/350.00
