Job Description
Customer Service Representative managing customer inquiries and processing orders for Fellers, LLC. Focus on improving customer satisfaction and maintaining service level targets in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining departmental service level targets
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Processing Orders
- Providing positive customer experience by maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional demeanor toward customers at all times
- Have basic product knowledge
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions and complaints
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues as necessary for a seamless customer experience
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Customer Service role
- Strong customer service and active listening skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma
- A passion for customer advocacy
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Quiet and professional workplace free from noise (kids, pets, etc.)
- High speed internet access with minimum speed of 50 mbps
- A chair and flat surface or desk to work from
