Job Description

Customer Service Representative in the real estate industry providing support for client inquiries and the home-selling process. Handling communications through phone, email, and chat with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients in understanding the cash offer process and answer their questions.
