Job Description

Customer Service position at LOTARO providing support for members and trainers. Requires fluent German and English with flexible remote work arrangements.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage the email inbox (member inquiries, trainer issues, internal coordination)
  • Compile and enter training feedback into the system
  • Communicate with trainers about courses, follow-up questions and information
  • Proactively send member emails (e.g., reminders, information, follow-ups)
  • Make many small day-to-day decisions — confidently, pragmatically and well documented
  • Gradually take full ownership (100%) of all incoming inquiries within your area of responsibility
  • Regularly maintain data related to member changes

Requirements:

  • Fluent German
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent written communication / email skills
  • Confident with Google Sheets and strong general software literacy
  • 2–5+ years of relevant experience in customer service or a comparable support/enablement role
