Job Description
Customer Service position at LOTARO providing support for members and trainers. Requires fluent German and English with flexible remote work arrangements.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage the email inbox (member inquiries, trainer issues, internal coordination)
- Compile and enter training feedback into the system
- Communicate with trainers about courses, follow-up questions and information
- Proactively send member emails (e.g., reminders, information, follow-ups)
- Make many small day-to-day decisions — confidently, pragmatically and well documented
- Gradually take full ownership (100%) of all incoming inquiries within your area of responsibility
- Regularly maintain data related to member changes
Requirements:
- Fluent German
- Fluent English
- Excellent written communication / email skills
- Confident with Google Sheets and strong general software literacy
- 2–5+ years of relevant experience in customer service or a comparable support/enablement role
