Job Description

Customer Success Manager guiding enterprise clients on SaaS platforms to maximize trade finance value. Driving onboarding, expansion, and satisfaction from customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to enterprise customers
  • Own the entire post-sale relationship, from onboarding to expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and become a trusted advisor to customers
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage a data-driven pipeline for expansion and renewal activity.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, or a similar role within a SaaS environment
  • Experience working directly with customers during onboarding or implementation phases, including training, coaching, and guiding customers through system adoption
  • Proven success managing enterprise accounts and consistently exceeding expansion and renewal targets
  • Commercially savvy with strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Customer Success platforms
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
