Job Description

Customer Success Manager managing ServiceNow accounts for LATAM clients. Driving adoption, measurable outcomes, and stakeholder relationships while leading business reviews and success planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the customer lifecycle for ServiceNow accounts
  • Drive adoption and measurable outcomes
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Lead business reviews and success planning
  • Support renewals and account growth

Requirements:

  • 3–6+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow
  • Experience supporting LATAM clients
  • Strong communication skills (Spanish / English)
  • Nice if you have: ServiceNow certifications
  • Experience in SaaS or IT consulting
  • Enterprise client exposure
