Job Description
Customer Success Manager managing ServiceNow accounts for LATAM clients. Driving adoption, measurable outcomes, and stakeholder relationships while leading business reviews and success planning.
Responsibilities:
- Own the customer lifecycle for ServiceNow accounts
- Drive adoption and measurable outcomes
- Build strong stakeholder relationships
- Lead business reviews and success planning
- Support renewals and account growth
Requirements:
- 3–6+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow
- Experience supporting LATAM clients
- Strong communication skills (Spanish / English)
- Nice if you have: ServiceNow certifications
- Experience in SaaS or IT consulting
- Enterprise client exposure
