Job Description

Senior ServiceNow Developer configuring and customizing solutions on the ServiceNow platform for various business requirements. Collaborating with teams to enhance operational efficiency through integrated solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform according to business requirements and platform best practices;
  • Participate in the implementation, integration, and maintenance of ServiceNow modules and applications;
  • Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to elicit and detail requirements;
  • Develop and maintain integrations, automation workflows, and enhancements that improve operational efficiency;
  • Perform testing, fixes, and validations to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of delivered solutions;
  • Support incident, problem, and request resolution related to the ServiceNow platform;
  • Ensure solutions comply with development, security, governance, and configuration management standards;
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, the platform, and agile development practices;

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Implementer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Architect;
  • Advanced knowledge of one or more products in the ServiceNow platform;
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification or equivalent;
  • Experience in software development, project delivery, and agile methodologies;
  • Experience in IT operations management, process automation, and continuous improvement of operational productivity;
  • Knowledge of governance, compliance, risk management, and configuration management;
  • Analytical skills to identify trends, evaluate results, and solve complex problems;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary and global teams;
  • Customer-oriented profile, able to operate in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Preferred: Experience in business process design and optimization;
  • Experience in enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and global projects using ServiceNow.
