Job Description

Customer Support Agent for a leading multinational BPO company helping customers in Portuguese. Delivering high-quality support through various communication channels while working remotely from Greece.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools
  • Communicate promptly, professionally and effectively with customers, utilizing all communication methods – including email, phone and chat
  • Accurately update customer records and feedback in CRM systems
  • Enhance customer experience by gathering customer feedback and share with the Product teams
  • Stay informed on product updates, promotions and regulatory requirement

Requirements:

  • Native or near-native Portuguese (C1 - C2) with good English (B2)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and confidence using digital tools
  • Ability to handle inquiries professionally and follow compliance guidelines
  • Flexible to work rotational shifts, including weekends
  • Based or able to relocate to Greece
