Job Description
Customer Support Representative assisting Portuguese-speaking customers with online marketplace inquiries. Collaborating with a team to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about marketplace products and services, providing solutions and guidance.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service targets and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on industry trends and platform updates.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is required; please state your nationality and native language in your application.
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or e-commerce is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with excellent organizational skills.
