Job Description

Customer Support Representative assisting Portuguese-speaking customers with online marketplace inquiries. Collaborating with a team to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about marketplace products and services, providing solutions and guidance.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service targets and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on industry trends and platform updates.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is required; please state your nationality and native language in your application.
  • Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer support or e-commerce is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive team player with a positive attitude.
