Job Description
Customer Support Specialist handling client inquiries and ensuring booking success for RateHawk. Collaborating globally to provide excellent support and problem-solving solutions.
Responsibilities:
- As a core member of our support team, you won’t just be answering tickets you’ll be the face of our brand.
- Your goal is to ensure every booking is a success and every client feels supported.
Requirements:
- Rapid Problem Solving: Resolve complex issues from retail and corporate clients via our CRM with speed and precision.
- Expert Consulting: Act as a product expert, advising clients on booking best practices and how to get the most out of the RateHawk platform.
- Global Communication: Coordinate seamlessly between suppliers, hotels, and clients across the globe via email and phone.
- System Mastery: Navigate CRM systems and internal databases to keep our operations running like clockwork.
- Linguistic Pro: Your English is at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher (both written and spoken).
- The Human Element: You lead with kindness, empathy, and politeness, even when under pressure.
- Agile Learner: You have a "get things done" mindset and can pick up new software and processes at lightning speed.
- Tech-Ready: You have a reliable home office setup, including a high-quality headset/microphone and a stable computer.
- Travel Enthusiast: Previous experience with travel booking systems or the hospitality industry is a huge plus!
