Job Description
Customer Support Specialist responsible for resolving inquiries for Linux Foundation. Working remotely in a training and certification capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Responding and resolving customer inquiries through an online ticketing system.
- Assisting with purchases, refunds or payment issues.
- Providing information on Exam registration, scheduling and administration process.
- Engaging in post-exam support to candidates.
- Assisting with Digital Badge and Certification request.
- Escalating complex support issues to Senior team members.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting customer issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of customer support and operations experience.
- Proficiency in business technologies including Google Apps and Atlassian Tools, such as JIRA Service Desk and Confluence
