Job Description

Customer Support Specialist responsible for resolving inquiries for Linux Foundation. Working remotely in a training and certification capacity.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding and resolving customer inquiries through an online ticketing system.
  • Assisting with purchases, refunds or payment issues.
  • Providing information on Exam registration, scheduling and administration process.
  • Engaging in post-exam support to candidates.
  • Assisting with Digital Badge and Certification request.
  • Escalating complex support issues to Senior team members.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting customer issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of customer support and operations experience.
  • Proficiency in business technologies including Google Apps and Atlassian Tools, such as JIRA Service Desk and Confluence
